THE LAND GROUP STORY
Land Group (UK) Limited were founded in 2015 (although some of our associated companies have been established for circa 30 years including a PLC) and have offices in south-west London and the City of London. Our primary focus is to acquire land throughout the UK which achieves planning gain for residential / commercial properties.
Land Group is also associated with numerous other companies under our control that are involved with sites varying from 30 – 4,500 units (per site) – some of which are high profile.
The company provides a mixture of private and public sector developments which caters for vast areas of the housing market, including a large element of social / affordable housing.
